Before 2016, I was drifting and unclear. A mess. Physically there but mentally nowhere.

So I made a choice. I joined the Royal Marine Commandos. One of the toughest basic training courses in NATO.
What followed was nearly a decade of extreme pressure: cold-weather warfare in Norway. Jungle deployments. Tactical reconnaissance.

That crucible of physical suffering didn’t just give me a respected career, it built my entire character.
I didn’t bounce back from anything. I was forged from scratch. In the most painful way possible.
